🌍 El Diviso – A New Generation of Colombian Coffee

Located in the mountains of Pitalito, Huila, El Diviso is a family-run farm that has become one of the most recognized names in contemporary Colombian specialty coffee.

Originally founded by José Uribe Lasso, the farm is now led by the next generation, including brothers Nestor and Adrian Lasso. Their work combines generations of farming knowledge with precise fermentation control, experimental processing, and an uncompromising focus on cup quality.

🌶️ Ají Bourbon

Ají Bourbon is a distinctive variety known for its expressive fruit character and aromatic complexity. In the region, it is referred to as Ají Bourbon because the mucilage can carry a subtle aroma reminiscent of red pepper.

In the cup, however, the variety is remarkably elegant, revealing layers of tropical fruit, florals, sweetness, and delicate spice.
