Roasted fresh weekly in Oman
Elegant, refined, and deeply expressive - Costa Rica OHBAN Geisha #163 by SpiritHub Roastery is a rare micro-lot from Hacienda Copey in the highlands of Tarrazú. Grown at 1,850 masl, this Geisha coffee reveals exceptional clarity, floral aromatics, and a beautifully structured sweetness.
Hacienda Copey is a renowned specialty coffee estate located in Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region, with elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 masl. The farm benefits from volcanic soil, cool temperatures, and significant day–night variation - creating ideal conditions for producing world-class coffees.
Founded in 2011, the estate follows a “Farm to Cup” philosophy, maintaining full control over cultivation, processing, and quality. Its coffees have earned recognition at the Cup of Excellence, placing among Costa Rica’s finest specialty lots.
This micro-lot underwent a 20-day anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled cool conditions using fully ripe cherries and selected yeast strains.
A high level of viscous mucilage was intentionally retained during processing to enhance body and sweetness. The coffee was then carefully dried on African raised beds, allowing its elegant character to fully develop.
Roasted with precision in Oman, OHBAN Gesha #163 is crafted for filter brewing, delivering a luxurious and memorable cup that reflects the passion, innovation, and craftsmanship of Hacienda Copey.
