The Gotiti area, locally known as Agamosa, is one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated highland coffee regions. With rich soil, cool climate, and high altitude, the environment allows heirloom varieties to develop exceptional sweetness, aromatic intensity, and layered fruit complexity.
This coffee follows a premium natural process, where carefully selected ripe cherries are dried on traditional African raised beds for approximately 18 to 21 days. During drying, cherries are continuously turned to ensure even fermentation and consistency, while being protected from intense midday sun and covered at night to preserve quality.
