Floral, sweet, and beautifully expressive - Ethiopia Guji Uraga Supernatural by SpiritHub Roastery comes from the highlands of Uraga, Guji, in Ethiopia's Oromia region. Grown at approximately 2,030 masl, this exceptional Ethiopian coffee reveals delicate white florals, vibrant orange, and rich brown sugar sweetness in a clean and elegant cup.
This coffee originates from the highlands of Guji, near Uraga, where high elevations, cool conditions, and Ethiopia's extraordinary coffee biodiversity create an ideal environment for producing aromatic and expressive coffees.
Coffee cherries are sourced from local smallholder farmers whose coffee gardens contribute to the distinctive character of this lot. The high-altitude environment encourages slower cherry maturation, helping develop natural sweetness, aromatic complexity, and clarity.
The Supernatural process uses carefully controlled fermentation to enhance the coffee's natural sweetness and aromatic character while maintaining clarity and balance.
Following fermentation, the coffee is slowly dried for approximately 27 days. Careful control throughout fermentation and drying helps develop its expressive floral character, citrus sweetness, and clean structure.
At SpiritHub Roastery, we selected this Guji lot for its floral elegance, citrus character, and natural sweetness. Our light roast is carefully developed to preserve the coffee's clarity and expressive Ethiopian character, making it an excellent choice for filter and pour-over brewing.
