Ethiopia • Gedeb • Halo Hartume
Ethiopia Halo Hartume by SpiritHub Roastery comes from the lush highlands of Gedeb, Ethiopia, a region renowned for producing the country’s most aromatic and fruit-forward coffees. Grown at 2,050–2,280 masl, this Grade Zero heirloom variety develops exceptional clarity and sweetness — a reflection of Ethiopia’s unmatched coffee heritage.
The fertile red-brown soils, steady rainfall, and mild climate create ideal conditions for heirloom coffee to flourish. Every cup reflects the natural harmony of Gedeb’s microclimate — sweet, floral, and layered with fruit.
Farmers at Halo Hartume handpick ripe cherries at peak maturity. After harvest, cherries are dried on raised African beds under the gentle Ethiopian sun for 18–21 days, turned regularly by hand for even drying, and covered at night to preserve clarity and aroma.
This natural process enhances the coffee’s body and sweetness while retaining its bright acidity and jasmine fragrance.
Each sip unveils layers of strawberry, tropical fruit, and caramel — a cup that is elegant, bright, and unforgettable.
Ethiopia Halo Hartume Coffee bridges Ethiopian tradition and SpiritHub craftsmanship. With every cup, you experience Gedeb’s highlands — bright, layered, and beautifully refined.
