Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, order processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, destination, and the total weight of the order.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to GCC countries. We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage to reach more customers.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 1-2 business days. Please note that external factors like customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or you experience any delivery issues, please contact our customer support immediately. We will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any concerns.

7. Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

8. International Shipping

For international orders to Oman, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
